January 2002
– North Dakota Farm Bureau calls on state government to set a goal of installing 10,000 megawatts of wind capacity by 2020.

January 2002 – Rocky Mountain Farmers Union endorses Colorado state Renewable Electricity Standard.

March 2002 – The South Dakota Farm Bureau endorses and ambitious 8,000 MW goal for wind energy production in SD by 2020.

December 2002 – Idaho Farm Bureau endorses state Renewable Fuels Standards.

May 2003 – American Corn Growers Association, North Dakota Farm Bureau, South Dakota Farm Bureau, New Hampshire Farm Bureau sign on to campaign for national Renewable Electricity Standard.

Summer 2003 – New Hampshire Farm Bureau supports national Renewable Electricity Standards.

November 2003 – Coalition for a Renewable Fuels Standard calls on Congress to pass a national Renewable Fuels Standard, including American Farm Bureau Federation, National Corn Growers Association, American Soybean Association, National Grain Sorghum Producers, National Farmers Union, National Sunflower Association, U.S. Canola Association, American Corn Growers Association and Women Involved in Farm Economics.

November 2003 – American Farm Bureau Federation President Bob Stallman calls on Congress to pass a national Renewable Fuels Standards.

December 2003 – Illinois Farm Bureau endorses state Renewable Electricity Standard.

December 2003 – Iowa Farm Bureau endorses national Renewable Electricity Standard.

January 2004 – American Farm Bureau Federation endorses Renewable Electricity Standards.

January 2004 – Colorado Farm Bureau endorses state Renewable Electricity Standards.

January 2004 – Colorado Livestock Association endorses state Renewable Electricity Standards.

March 2004 – Colorado Dairy Farmers endorses state Renewable Electricity Standards.

February 2004 – Colorado Wheat Growers endorse state Renewable Electricity Standards.

October 2004 – Montana Farmers Union endorses state Renewable Electricity Standards and state Renewable Fuel Standards.

November 2004 – Montana Farm Bureau endorses state Renewable Electricity Standards.

December 2004 – Washington Farm Bureau endorses state Renewable Fuel Standards.
